Michael Kors was named to the inaugural Forbes Halo 100 list, published in December 2021 in partnership with HundredX. The Forbes Halo 100 recognizes the top 100 brands that deliver outstanding customer experiences, measuring how well, and how responsible, brands serve their U.S. customers. The feedback data used to power this list also considered customer experience feedback from consumers of color and looked at how well brands fare when it comes to perceptions of trust and brand values. We are proud of the work Michael Kors continues to do to serve its clients and be a force for good.
The Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index is an annual benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQIA+ workplace equality. Capri proudly participated in the index in 2021 and received 90 points out of 100 in recognition of the corporate policies and practices that we have implemented. We welcome the index feedback as an opportunity to further strengthen our policies and practices in support of a better future for our LGBTQIA+ employees and their families and will continue to submit to this benchmarking tool on an annual basis.
Capri Holdings is proud to have been named a 2019 Best Employer for Diversity by Forbes. To honor our employees’ diverse backgrounds, and through the leadership of our Global D&I Council, we will continue to publish a global diversity calendar and host cultural celebrations within our workplaces.
