Our Climate Journey

We recognize the need to take climate action and are committed to doing our part to reduce the threat of climate change to the health of our planet and its people. Our updated Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions baseline lays the groundwork for our continued climate action in the years ahead. 

 

 

Emissions Footprint

We continue to sharpen our focus and dedicate resources to strengthen our annual greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions footprint calculation. Comprehensive and accurate measurements across Scopes 1, 2 and 3 enable us to identify decarbonization opportunities and prepare for upcoming climate-related regulations.

 

 

 

 

Our Operations

We reduce the carbon-related impacts of our own operations by implementing energy efficiency protocols for retail stores and corporate locations across our group. We also invest in renewable energy through on-site generation, unbundled Energy Attribute Certificates and long-term virtual power purchase agreements.

 

 

Value Chain Decarbonization

We recognize that the upstream activities related to the sourcing, design and production of our raw materials and products contribute to our overall climate impacts. To drive real change in our value chain footprint, we engage closely with key suppliers to reduce their own GHG emissions.
