Join. The journey starts with New Hire Orientation, where you learn what makes our culture unique, become immersed in our brands, and discover the story behind who we are and what we stand for. To support every step of the way, we provide a New Hire Resource Hub for tools, guides, and helpful tips. Finally, we place a global emphasis on business acumen, digital commerce, and AI, giving you the knowledge and confidence to thrive in today’s fast-paced, tech-driven world.
Grow. To support your growth, you’ll have access to development programs, practical product and styling tools, and monthly workshops to build your skills. You can learn at your own pace with self-study resources, connect through mentorship programs (more information below), and gain insights at store manager conferences. Regular mid-year check-ins and performance reviews ensure you stay on track and continue to thrive in your role.
Lead. We design programs that build leadership skills and management expertise. This includes the Foundations of Management Program, advanced Leadership Development Programs, in partnership with Yale, and the Supply Chain Leadership Academy for specialized knowledge. We also provide Executive Coaching and 360 feedback, designed to help you lead with confidence and impact.
