Employee Resource Groups

We want to ensure our employees feel a sense of belonging at Capri. Our global Employee Resource Groups ("ERGs") are employee-led communities that are open to all and aim to foster belonging and contribute towards building an inclusive culture. The communities exist to provide connection and support throughout everyone’s time at Capri. It’s a space where employees can bring their whole selves, share common and uncommon ground and spark meaningful conversations that strengthen the connection and understanding of our workforce. ERGs are supported by the Global Culture & Belonging team who offer guidance and support in organizing events, shaping strategy and connecting the groups with leaders across our organization.

Our ERGs are open to all employees. Whether someone personally identifies with a community or is an ally committed to advancing inclusion, everyone is invited to engage, learn, and help foster a culture where all voices are valued.

People communications & engagement

People Communications & Engagement brings Capri’s culture to life and turns our strategy into something people can see, feel, and connect to.

We connect our people to our vision, values, and priorities through clear, timely, and inspiring communication - but we go beyond information. We create meaningful moments of engagement that build connection and belonging, from global initiatives and listening surveys to live events, community experiences, and leader-led touchpoints that bring our teams together.

We champion two-way communication, creating spaces where employees can share their voice, be heard, and shape the future of our business. We partner closely with leaders to help them communicate with clarity, confidence, and authenticity, strengthening trust at every level.

By celebrating our people, encouraging dialogue, and building alignment across regions and brands, we help foster a culture where everyone feels informed, engaged, and proud to be part of One Team.
