global mentorship program
At Capri, we believe your career journey should be full of opportunities to learn, connect, and thrive. That’s why we offer a mentorship program that supports your growth from day one with two unique models: Traditional Mentoring, where you gain guidance from experienced leaders to help you navigate your career and Reverse Mentoring, where you share fresh perspectives and digital insights with senior colleagues while learning from their expertise. With 700+ participants worldwide, this program goes beyond mentorship—it’s about building skills, expanding networks, and joining an inclusive culture that values every voice.

Our responsibility to promote equality is not just to those who work with us, but to our industry, the customers we serve and the communities around us.
Our company and its brands are proud to partner with a wide array of additional organizations to further our commitments to driving inclusion in our industry. These partnerships include but not limited to, Cristo Rey, Open to All, The Outsiders Perspective, Asian American Dream, Tilting the Lens and Business Disability Forum. These organizations and institutions are key to harnessing the power of the collective, and we will continue to seek out and commit to community partnerships in the future.
CAPRI HOLDINGS CORPORATE FOUNDATION
In 2021, Capri announced the formation of The Capri Holdings Corporate Foundation. The company pledged $20 million to further the foundation’s mission of supporting diversity, inclusion, and equality throughout the fashion industry. Capri has long believed in the power of an inclusive workplace. The formation of the foundation enables us to expand our efforts to advance equality and promote long-term change in the fashion industry.
The Capri Foundation partners with educational institutions including Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), Pensole Lewis College of Business and Design (PLC), Central Saint Martins – University of the Arts London, Parsons School of Design and the Heritage Crafts Association, to provide sponsorship for students and support the next generation of designers driving innovation in our industry. In addition to receiving scholarship support, students receive mentorship, hands-on experiences with industry professionals and development workshops to prepare them for the world of work.
